IMPORTANT DATES
The 3rd Singapore Internationl Public Health Conference & 15th Singapore Public Health & Occupational Medicine Conference invites the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Please adhere to the instructions below for the submission of your abstract.
REMINDERS:
The presenting author will be responsible to submit the abstract.
Each presenting author can submit up to three abstracts.
All presenting authors must be paid registrants of the 3rd Singapore Internationl Public Health Conference & 15th Singapore Public Health & Occupational Medicine Conference by 15 July 2020. After this date, presenting authors who have not paid their registration fees will be excluded from the programme.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled and included in the Final Programme. The full paper of the presentation can if desired be submitted to the Annals after the event for the Editor’s review and approval.
The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts. Following this, a notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter. Instructions for preparation of posters and scheduling of oral and poster presentations will be sent together with the acceptance notification.
Posters will be viewed during dedicated poster time in the programme and prizes will be awarded for outstanding posters.
Submission of abstracts constitutes the authors’ consent to have their accepted abstracts be presented during the Conference.

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
All abstracts must be submitted using the ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM by 1 May 2020. Only abstracts submitted via the online form will be accepted.
Abstracts must be written in English.
The abstract text is limited to 250 words. The abstract title, the author(s) and names of institutions are not included in the count of 250 words.
References are optional. An abbreviated form is acceptable, for instance Tan AB et al. Journal of Research. 2019;88:96–101.
Please do not include tables, graphs or images in the abstract.
Abstracts may be revised or resubmitted before the deadline of 1 May 2020.
You will receive an acknowledgement email upon submission of the Online Abstract Submission Form. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email 24 hours after your submission, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting the conference secretariat at siphc2020@ams.edu.sg.
